The Energy and Water Benchmarkign Ordinance allows owners and occupants of properties over 20,000 square feet to understand their building's relative energy performance and helps identify opportunities to cut energy waste. Using the EPA's ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM) tool, Covered Properties track and report annual energy and water usage.
