Crash Response Investigations

The Crash Response Investigation Dashboard tracks life-threating crashes within the City of Ann Arbor. A cross-departmental team of city staff reviews these crashes each month to better understand what happened and identify opportunities to improve safety.

The Crash Response Team conducts an in-depth review of all Fatal Injury (K) and Suspected Serious Injury (A) crashes that have been confirmed as life-threatening by medical responders, then develops engineering, enforcement, and education responses to help prevent future crashes using strategies outlined in A2 Moving Together.
