Address Points

Representation of PIN and address information tied to each basic land ownership unit or sub-unit within the jurisdiction of the City of Ann Arbor. Included also are other properties which are subject to possible annexation and/or provided with City services requiring payment or regulation.

Points were originally generated from parcel centroids combined with PIN and address attributes and supplemented by manual addition of condominium and apartment addresses from the Address Table, Community Services staff maintains the graphic and attribute information for accuracy and consistency to use with other City mapping applications. Points are spatially adjusted as needed.
